Combined with the Sony E PZ 16–50mm f/3.5–5.6 OSS lens, it provides a 24–75mm equivalent focal range with Optical SteadyShot (OSS) image stabilization and a compact power zoom design. The camera supports 14-bit RAW and JPEG capture, continuous shooting up to 10 fps, and Full HD 1080p video recording with full manual control. Its hybrid autofocus system combines phase- and contrast-detection for fast focusing. Additional features include a 2.36-million-dot OLED electronic viewfinder, a 3-inch tilting LCD, Wi-Fi connectivity, a built-in flash, and a magnesium alloy body with customizable controls and a standard Multi Interface Shoe.
