The Isco Cinelux Ultra 135mm f/2.0 is a 35mm / 70mm cinema projection lens made in Germany by ISCO-Göttingen, the optical maker founded in 1936 and now a brand of Schneider-Kreuznach. The Cinelux-Ultra series, introduced around 1980 for cinema projectors, is based on a double-Gauss design engineered around MTF, field flatness, even illumination and distortion control. Its bright f/2.0 aperture and 135mm focal length lend it to adaptation on mirrorless, DSLR and medium format cameras with a focusing helicoid, where it is used as a vintage portrait and cinematic lens. A piece of genuine vintage cinema optics for collectors, adapters and filmmakers.
