Hasselblad PME51 Metered Prism Finder — a 45° angle viewfinder accessory engineered for 500 series and compatible 200 series Hasselblad medium format camera bodies. Designed for use with Acute-Matte focusing screens, it integrates a silicon photocell delivering center-weighted average TTL metering, with exposure values displayed through a row of illuminated red LED EV numbers. Metering is activated via a push-button switch, featuring an automatic shut-off after 10 seconds and a built-in battery check function. Supports a film speed range of ISO 25–6400 and accommodates diopter correction lenses for eyeglass wearers. The optical prism provides an unreversed image at 3x magnification for accurate composition and focusing. A top-mounted accessory shoe allows attachment of auxiliary tools such as flash units or spirit levels. Compatible with Polaroid and 70mm film backs. Identified by the characteristic double blue-line marking, denoting compatibility with 200-series electronic bodies (202, 203, 205). Introduced in 1994, succeeding the PME5 in Hasselblad's TCC-compatible accessory lineup.
