Differently from our competitors our pricing is always close or inferior to the average private market price, as we do not charge any stellar fee for the meticulous verification work we do on second-hand material, such as film-testing and sanitization. We are a small, environment-friendly business aiming to offer a limited and high rotation stock of items. We also strive to repair as much defective material as possible, salvaging cameras that are no longer produced or, in the case of digital material, whose production leads to heavy CO2 emission and e-waste.

Most of our items are pre-owned and sold under the Margin Scheme (no VAT shown on the invoice). We can, however, issue standard business invoices, which will reflect 0% VAT.

Most of our products are used and in good woking condition, but it depends on the specific case. We might sell a new, sealed item as we might list a broken camera useful for spares parts: all the descriptions are extensively written in order to describe the object state in the best way possible.

We refrain from using any grading system for our cameras as they are usually ineffective at describing the exact conditions, which vary for each object.

We take detailed photos for every item we publish for sale and the pictures are integral part of the description, wich is neatly written in order to list any flaws.

We sometimes use the popular "Near Mint" or "Mint" designation for items in excellent or like-new condition.

All the listed Analog Cameras are tested in our laboratory with actual film, in order to verify key aspects as spacing, lightproofing, shutter speeds accuracy and more. And you can be sure that this service alone is worth the ticket.

In addition to being thoroughly checked all our second hand items are cleaned and disinfected with specific products.

All the items are shipped from our warehouse in Italy: this means that there are no additional costs of any kind for European Union customers.

For orders outside of EU (including from United Kingdom, Swiss and Norway) there might be custom duties when the package arrives in the Country, depending on both the total cost of the order and on your local jurisdiction. The cost of customs clearance might vary from 5% to 30% of the total value of the merch and we kindly ask you to check before completing an order.

We would also like to remind you that Camistry has nothing to do with the collection of customs charges, which is carried out by the relevant government agency in the country of arrival, but we will do our very best to make the import process as quick and easy as possible, also offering our assistance in case of any issues.

Delivery times vary depending on the product and your location. All orders are processed the same business day (if purchased before 15:00 CET), with delivery times ranging from 2- 4 business days for Europe, 3-5 business days for USA / Canada and 4-15 business days for the rest of the world.
