The optical construction consists of 7 elements in 6 groups, optimized to deliver high contrast and consistent sharpness across the frame.

The lens incorporates Carl Zeiss T* multi-coating, effectively reducing flare and internal reflections while maintaining strong color fidelity and micro-contrast. A 9-blade diaphragm produces smooth and well-defined out-of-focus transitions.
