A 3.0-inch 460k-dot LCD monitor enables clear image review and menu navigation. The hybrid contrast-detect autofocus system supports precise focusing across multiple selectable points. The mechanical focal-plane shutter offers speeds from 30 seconds to 1/4000 s, with continuous shooting up to 6 fps.

Video recording is available in Full HD 1080p, while integrated Film Simulation modes reproduce classic Fujifilm color profiles. The camera supports RAW and JPEG capture, manual exposure control, and features a magnesium alloy top and bottom plate, emphasizing durability and precise handling.
