Contax G2 Black 35mm Film Camera Body with Box - Tested, Perfectly Working
This camera has been tested with a real roll of film, professionally cleaned and sanitized, and is in perfect working order.
As shown in the photos, it is in great overall condition for its age. It has the normal signs of use, such as light scuffs on the edges and corners, minor marks on the top plate and general light wear on the paint, but there are no dents, no cracks, no significant paint loss and no major cosmetic issues.
Mechanically flawless with perfect spacing, advance, metering and sealing. LCD works correctly with no faded segments. All the buttons and dials works.

Condition recap
The Contax G2 Black is the second-generation autofocus 35mm rangefinder by Kyocera, introduced in 1996 and made in Japan, with a compact titanium-clad body in black finish. Built around the Contax G-mount, it takes Carl Zeiss T* lenses from the 21mm Biogon to the 90mm Sonnar, and SLR lenses can be adapted with the GA-1. The hybrid autofocus pairs active infrared with passive phase detection, with single and continuous modes and a front manual focus wheel. Shutter speeds reach 1/6000s in aperture priority and 1/4000s in manual, with TTL center-weighted metering, DX ISO 25β5000, 1/200s flash sync and support for the TLA 200 flash. Motorised advance up to 4 fps, powered by two CR2 batteries. A rival to the Leica M7 in its day.
