It is equipped with a 36mm equivalent f/2.8 Elmarit fixed lens, optimized for sharpness and minimal distortion. The camera supports JPEG and DNG RAW image capture but does not include video recording capabilities.

It features a 2.7-inch 230k-dot LCD screen for image composition and playback. The contrast-detect autofocus system includes multi-area, spot, and face detection modes, with manual focus available via a control dial. Additional features include manual exposure controls (P/A/S/M), an ISO range of 100-12,500, hot shoe compatibility for an external electronic viewfinder or flash, and a minimalist metal-body design. Its compact form factor and classic styling make it a premium choice for travel and documentary photography.
