The Kiev 60 is a Soviet-era medium format SLR camera designed for 120 film, producing 6×6 cm square negatives. It features a solid build, focal-plane shutter with speeds ranging from 1/1000s to 1s, plus Bulb mode and a modular design with interchangeable viewfinders, including a waist-level and a prism finder. The film advance mechanism is combined with cocking the shutter.
The Volna-3 80mm f/2.8 is a standard prime lens for the Kiev 60, offering a classic focal length for portraits and general photography. It has a multi-coated optical design with a six-element construction, providing great sharpness and contrast. The lens uses a Pentacon Six (P6) mount, allowing compatibility with other medium format cameras using the same system.
